Shipping
TPmakes uses a combination of Canada Post and UPS for all shipments, domestic and international.
We use fixed shipping rates to help reduce overall shipping costs.
Domestic shipping throughout Canada takes typically 3 -10 days. International shipping takes around 10 -30 days.
Currently TPmakes is only shipping to the following countries:

- Saint Pierre and Miquelon
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
For domestic deliveries, signature is required only for gift boxes and heavy items like clocks and wooden paintings. International shipping offers convenient options; however, if you opt for no signature, TPmakes will not be liable for theft. Customs and Tax are included in the total shipping cost at checkout. When a purchase has been made, TPmakes will not change or request extra funds (Please beware of scammers and stay safe).
All packages are only shipped upon receipt of payment.
Please note: Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice. TPmakes will not be held responsible for delays due to causes beyond Canada Post’s or UPS’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, epidemics, labor disruptions, equipment failures or unanticipated surges in volume.
Packaging
TPmakes uses recycled and/or recyclable packaging for all shipments including extra padding. Adhesive is eco-friendly and biodegradable.
Several different size packages are used depending on order size and product requirements. For international shipping, package size may be larger to allow room for extra padding to help ensure your package arrives undamaged.
Please note all wooden paintings and clocks are wrapped in recycled fabric from second-hand linen to help protect from damage in transit. All linen is washed and steamed clean before use. Using second-hand fabric helps reduce package waste and adds extra protection to your purchase. Thank you for your understanding in helping to reduce waste.
For returns please reuse packaging (when possible) to reduce waste. Thank you!
