Return/Refund Policy
TPmakes does offer refunds if products arrive damaged or lost, please see below table for refunds available.
TPmakes does not accept responsibility for stolen items after delivery.
Photo evidence is required within 48hrs of delivery to be allegeable for a refund. (Please note photos will be corroborated with delivery notes).
Refunds will not be issued until products have been returned, unless otherwise stated.

TPmakes does not offer refunds for “change of mind” for printed items, fabric, needle minders and cross-stitch patterns.
TPmakes does accept returns for “change of mind” for original paintings/clocks and will issue a coupon of same value when item is returned in original, resalable condition. Customers have 10 days from delivery to return due to “change of mind.”
If items are being returned, TPmakes requests customers to package all items in a similar manner the item was sent and when possible use original packaging, including any extra padding. TPmakes will not issue refunds if pieces of products are missing (not including damaged sections).
