How long till my item(s) arrive?

Shipping domestically typically takes around 3 -10 days, while international shipping can take around 10 – 30 days.

Do you accept change of mind?

TPmakes offers “Change of Mind Returns” for Original Paintings and Clocks. If you return them in a resaleable condition, you’ll receive a coupon of the same value to use with any of TPmakes products. For more details, check out our Return Policy. 

Do you accept commissioned projects?

While TPmakes doesn’t currently offer commissioned projects, we’re always inspired by your favorite critters or plants. Feel free to send them our way, and who knows—you might see them featured in future projects!

What are your payment terms?

TPmakes requires payments to be made in full before shipment of products. For info on refunds click here.

Do you offer installment payment plans?

TPmakes currently does not offer installment payment plans, however this feature may come available in the future.

Are you interested in being contacted by galleries or agents?
